AMBASSADOR MNDEME SIGNING CONDOLENCE BOOK FOR THE H.E FESTUS MOGAE IN SWEDEN

 TODAY, 15th May, 2026, Ambassador Swahiba Mndeme joined the diplomatic community in Sweden in mourning the passing of H.E. Festus Mogae, Former President of Republic of Botswana, by signing the Book of Condolences on behalf of the Government of United Republic of Tanzania at the Embassy of Botswana in Stockholm.

Tanzania joins the people of Botswana and the African continent in honouring a distinguished statesman whose visionary leadership, commitment to good governance and contribution to Africa’s development will remain an enduring legacy.
